It was a good experience staying here as the location is good and the food is average, but the cleanliness is what they need to work on

Cockroaches around bed and toilet. 0 amenities. no internet or wifi. They give you password by floor but none of them works. Upon complaining at front desk for about 30 times finally someone comes and tells me that hotel wifi data limit is consumed and their md may approve new data later. Cannot serve cutlery in room. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is not at all maintained. Right from the entrance, waiting areas, corridors and the rooms every place is dusty and has dull light. I'm surprised that this has got a 3 star rating. I've stayed at another 3 star hotel in colombo which is absolutely amazing when compared to this. The key cards doesn't work, the sofa and floor has stains and the bathroom is also not well maintained. The only reason i've booked this hotel than the previous one is because this is closer to the beach.
